Hiring Seasonal Full time, Part time and On-Call Roles

Job Duties include working together cooperatively, caring for plants, looking out for plant quality, unloading deliveries, tagging, bundling, moving, and packing live plants, heeling plants into wet sawdust, shoveling, watering, cleaning, pulling orders, packing tree boxes, shipping, making boxes, loading FedEx truck, and following safety guidelines including new Covid protocols; mandatory face masks and social distancing.
This job often requires physical labor up to 40 hours a week, heavy lifting, and enduring cold, sometimes wet conditions (with several breaks throughout the day, including paid stretch breaks, etc.)
Helpful skills: Attention to detail, good w/ numbers and communication, team player, positive attitude, accurate, efficient, good work ethic, & have reliable transportation!
Pay Rate: $13.75/hour, or current shop worker rate, if already a Fedco worker
