2 - 3 years hospitality/hotel supervisory experience required.
Room Master experience preferred. Must be able to work, varied shifts, flexible schedules, weekends and holidays. This position will include all Night Audit functions ending at either 10pm, 11pm, or midnight.
To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
To assist, as directed, to train, support and monitor the performance of the entire Hotel Team.
To follow all specified procedures and satisfactorily assist in the daily affairs of the Front Desk, including registering guests, blocking room assignments and reservations, processing adjustments and check outs, answering telephones, handling cash, credit and check cashing transactions, filing room keys, handling mail and messages for guests, transferring all necessary information to the next shift, and completing all daily reports and tasks listed on Daily Checklists.
To be completely familiar with all hotel information necessary to increase revenues and enhance guest satisfaction.
To assist , as required to satisfactorily resolve all guest issues and problems, referring to Management as needed.
To assist Front Desk Team to properly balance and complete all daily documentation, including all Night Audit functions.
To perform other tasks, including cross training, as directed.
